For Indian citizens who have completed the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's degree from a recognized Indian university (minimum 55% marks) and have at least 3 years of full-time, relevant professional work experience. Applicants may not already hold a U.S. degree or be enrolled in a U.S. program; Government of India civil service officers are ineligible.
